Perilous Times (covid fear)27

It's been a week of further restrictions, announcements, and Christmas. More uncertainty and mixed information about the effectiveness of the vaccine. Closed borders with corresponding travel restrictions, with the rule setters flaunting their own restrictions, remember Animal Farm?

The one thing which hasn't changed is the damage which lockdowns do to life. An apt description of our current circumstances follows: relating to a system of government that is centralized and dictatorial and requires complete subservience to the state. Totalitarian.

The question is does this match what the Bible gives as conditions leading to the end times?

As the week progressed we have heard the ramping up of restrictions yet again, one wonders how long this will go on.

Yet as one reads scripture the unmistakeable conclusion which must be drawn is that things will only move toward the totalitarian control exerted by anti-christ, and we see the foundations beginning around us today, but remember the exhortation of Jesus, “when we see these things beginning to take place look up for your redemption draws near”.

How true they are, without God's light mankind is immersed and overcome by darkness and it is only by the light of God can we see light, remember Jesus/Yeshua said “I am the light of the world.
